All of Dream Rental's apartments are located in the Wyoming Valley in Northeastern Pennsylvania.  Many of our apartments are located within walking distance to King's College and Wilkes University.  Click here for driving directions.  We also offer maps showing the location of our apartments to local landmarks.

    How do I apply for an apartment? (return to top)

Dream Rentals suggests you take the following four steps to apply for an apartment:

1. Research the apartment online to assure the location, and size of the apartment, and other features are appropriate for your needs.

2. Download and fill out the application.  You will need Adobe Reader 5.0 to read the application.

3. View or download a copy of Protect Your Family From Lead in Your Home.  You will need Adobe Reader 5.0 to read the application.

4. Contact Dream Rentals (570-288-3375) to visit the apartment or if you have any other questions.  Please bring the completed application with you.

Most of Dreams Rentals' apartments are furnished with a refrigerator and range.  Most of our houses include the refrigerator and range as well as a washer and dryer.  All of our  apartments advertised online will specify what appliances are included with the apartment or house.

Depending on the nature of the emergency, Dream Rentals offers different suggestions to alleviate the situation.  If any situation where you need to contact Dream Rentals, you can call us at 570-288-3375 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to report the emergency.

     What actions does Dreams Rentals take to assure tenant security? (return to top)

Dream Rentals changes the lock(s) whenever a new tenant moves into an apartment or house.  Dream Rentals can also change locks while a tenant is still occupying an apartment if the tenant has lost a key.  Several of our apartment buildings require a key to enter the building as well as a separate key to enter each individual apartment.  All of our parking lots are well lit, and we use motion detectors where necessary.
